1. Request an Estimate
Tell us about your project through the free estimate form or by email at info@masspropaintingandflooring.site. A few photos and rough room sizes help us prepare, but they are not required. There is no cost and no obligation.
2. On-Site Review
We visit your home, measure the space and look at what the project actually needs — surface condition for painting, subfloor condition for flooring. We talk through colors, materials and options, then follow up with a clear written estimate so there are no surprises.
3. Preparation & Painting / Installation
On work days we protect your floors and furniture first, then do the preparation that makes results last: patching, sanding, priming and caulking for paint; leveling, repair and acclimation for flooring. Only then do we paint or install. The site is cleaned up at the end of every day.
4. Final Walkthrough
When the work is done we walk the project with you, inspect every wall, corner, seam and transition, and touch up anything that needs it. We do not consider the job complete until you are satisfied.
